In the 'my account / orders' section of our website www.ohshit.es you can be aware of the state of the process of your order. Once made the shipping, we will provide you a tracking number via mail so that you can know where your order is at every moment. If you do not receive this mail, please contact us.

what is your returns policy?

We do not make returns for the amount. We accept changes for another size, color or model of the same amount or higher. The cost of the new shipping of this change will be charged to the clients. You can know more about this in our section of 'shipments and changes'.

articles received incorrectly

If you receive a different article by error, please contact us to be able to solve your case as soon as possible. In the rare case this happens, we will be enchanted to send you the article again without any additional cost.

what happens if my article arrives erroneo or damaged?

We will replace your article with the maximum possible rapidity and all shipping charges will be charged to the brand.

incorrect address

If you have provided an incorrect address and your order has still not been sent, we will be able to update the address as fast as you know.

Please be sure to check your shipping address at least twice before finishing the purchase process. If you provide us with an incorrect address and do not communicate it quickly we can not ensure that we can change the address, even though we will do everything possible.

packages returned to our offices

If your order is returned to us because it has not been delivered for any reason other than the brand, you will be responsible for paying the new shipping.

my order has been lost in the shipping company, what do i have to do?

We are not responsible for items that have been lost or damaged during the shipment while an external cause to the brand. Still, in the rare case of this passing, you will have to contact nosotrxs as soon as possible so that we can find out what has happened and how to solve it.
