All orders are sent from our office in Sevilla, Andalucia (Spain). Shipments are not made on holidays or during weekends.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Except for a small stock, most of our garments will be made to order, as soon as possible, but with all the dedication and love they deserve. Orders containing only items in stock will be prepared within 24 hours. If your order requires the production of a garment, it will be prepared and shipped within 1-3 days from the date of payment.
- The estimated time of delivery in peninsular orders (Spain and Portugal) is 24/48h.
- The estimated time of delivery on international and extrapeninsular orders is 5-7 workings days.
- International orders fully depend on the customs of the countries to those who have been shipped and depending on the country of destination may cause delays of which we are not responsible.

HOW MUCH DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY SHIPPING?
- Peninsular shipments (Spain) have a cost of 5€
- Shipments to the Balearic and Canary Islands have a cost of 7€
- The shipments to Ceuta and Melilla have a cost of 15€
- Free national shipping on orders of 100€ or more.
- International shipments to EU, USA, Canada and Russia have a cost of 15€
- International shipments to the rest of countries have a cost of 20€
- Free international shipments on orders of 200€ or more.
If you are not satisfied with your order you can make the change of the clothes you ordered for different sizes. Before sending us the article, send us an e-mail and we will reserve the pledge for you to make the change until your package arrives at our office. -> email@example.com
If you do not receive the Change Sheet with your order, download it here, print it, fill it out and include it in the order package to return.
In this case both the shipment with the garments that you return and the new shipment that we will make, must be at your expense. This new shipment will be the same amount as the previous one and you can make the payment by Paypal or bank transfer. All changes must be made within a maximum period of 15 days from when the item is received.
You can do it through the transport company that you prefer. In the forwarding you must include the proof of purchase and you may attach an additional note with the reason for the change in the change sheet. OH SHIT will not receive any freight forwarding packages in any case. The shipment will be made to the address specified in the change sheet.
These processes can take up to 10-15 days approximately, we will inform you when we go to make the new shipment to provide you with the new package tracking code.
Once verified that the merchandise is in perfect condition we will proceed to make the new shipment.
The product that we need must be in the same state in which it is delivered and you must keep the instructions, documentation, accessories and, insofar as possible, its original packaging and labeling.
